Musa Consolatrix by Charles Sayle. 1st Ed 1893. 1 of only 20 Copies w/ Slip Case

One of 20 special copies on Japanese vellum, bound in full morocco, gilt top edges, five raised bands on spine, red bookmark, marbled endpapers. Inscribed on front endpaper "A rare book for a rare gentleman and "boss" par excellence" Connie Hudkins. Original slip case is very good condition. The book is in very good condition. There are a few small chips in the leather, and one small light stain on the title page. It looks like there may have been some writing in pencil on the rear end paper but it is no longer visible.
