First Edition. SIGNED BY ALBERT EINSTEIN. With additional note: "Signed by Prof. Einstein April 3, 1952 in Princeton at a dinner for the Friends of the Hebrew University with Prof. Einstein as host and Vincent Samuels as Guest-of-Honor." A collection of writings by Albert Einstein [1879-1955], Nobel Prize-winning physicist who developed the Theory of Relativity. Many essays address more than science; as Einstein himself was often asked to address more than science. In very good condition. Blue cloth binding has light fading, there is a former owner's blind stamp (address, no name), and there is some yellowing on back endsheets due to newspaper book review inserted there (review still present). Dust jacket is in good condition, with some darkening to the spine and some edge wear; mostly to top edge. A small portion of the spine's top is missing. Please see photos.
