Every Man A King - The Autobiography of Huey P. Long (1933 HC) Inscribed This book has been inscribed by Senator Russel B. Long, son of Senator Huey P. Long, to Senator Herman Welker. This book is in fair to good condition for its age. There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading, soil/shadowing/rub or scuff marks, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, light page edge soil, edge nicks/small push spots or indentations, and yellowing/tanning of pages. A few pages have tiny edge tears or chips. A few pages have light smudges and/or fingerprints. Spine shows more fading and/or tanning that covers. Covers show tanning and/or fading around the edges. The front cover has a light round shadow likely from a small cup. Shadowing or tanning around edges. Outer corners are rubbed with some slight fray and one with very slight visible board. The spine upper and lower edges and corners are well rubbed showing small splits, chaffing, light fray, and visible board on a couple of corners. The spine back cover edge cover cloth has some splitting along the edge. Hinges are visible between the copyright and quote page. Welker's last name is written in pencil on the quote page. The inscription is on the front end page. A few pages have corner folds. There are a few photo pages within this book. All pages are intact.
