Includes 24 fine engraved plates by Paul Fourdrinier, after William Kent across all volumes ( complete ). First Edition thus , the books are rubbed at the spine and corners, small pieces missing at heads and tails of spines, Vol 3 lettering has been rubbed off of spine, and has a different binding, Vol 4 is missing title panel from spine, a little older annotation to endpapers and pastedowns, text blocks are generally clean, clear and tight, a nice set very good condition , brown calf with gilt borders - Vol 3 has blindstamping to boards, five raised bands with gilt designs and lettering and volume numbers to spine , 12mo, 16.5cm x 11cm Hardback ISBN: [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
