This script is the Final Draft. It has the original blue, Twentieth Century Fox, production cover. The cover has the Working Title of the film which was, "The Bouncer and the Lady". The actual title has been handwritten on the front cover, using a black pen. This script has white pages and blue revision pages throughout it inside. This script is complete and it is 134 pages long. Please view all of the pictures provided above. It is in very good overall condition. It shows the appropriate signs of aging for being used during the 1940's. This Screenplay is based on the W. R. BURNETT novel The Giant Swing. Storyline: Singer Lili Brown is attracted to dance hall manager Duke till she realizes he does that to all the girls. Nice guy Duke sets her up with composer Joe Brooks.
