Blackie & Son Ltd. 1st 1906. Good condition with no wrapper. Red cloth covers with gilt titles and vignettes to front and spine. Pale green pictorial endpapers. Colour plates and b/w text illustrations. 227 pages. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Cloth fraying a little at top and bottom of spine and a small split in cloth to rear of spine. Spine browned. Bump to top of front board. Spotting and marks to covers. Some hinges are cracked. Browning to endpapers. Marks to bottom corners of both endpapers. Book plate to verso of front endpaper. Bottom of a couple of plates detached and a couple have small closed tears. Crease to margin of one plate. Some foxing to margins and page edges and a few marks to contents Packaged with care and promptly dispatched! [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
