A notably clean copy of a rare title in an attractive binding. * Only edition of a legal dissertation in which the author, a native of Thuringen, defends 40 Theses at the University of Basel concerning the various categories of donations, including legacies, endowments, and 'donatio mortis causa,' that is, a deathbed gift, or a future gift made in expectation of the donor's imminent death.
