Three quarter red morocco leather binding dates from approximately 1900 is moderately worn and rubbed, with some scuffing; marbled boards; t.e.g. The hinges are weakened, remaining intact; protected in archival mylar. Illustrated with a frontisportrait of Andrew Jackson. The 24 leaves following the title page are stained at the fore-edge, entering the text area. The text is lightly browned/toned in some places, with minor foxing. The first map has a few small stains on it, and has old mending repairing tears. Howes L-124. Sabin 39214. Streeter Sale 1075.
