Luigi Cherubini (1760-1842), composer and director of the Ecole Royale de Musique (now the Conservatoire de Paris) from 1822 until his death. This document lists the members of the jury of examiners for 1825, headed by Cherubini, and including other French musical notables such as Rodolphe Kreutzer (1766-1831), Fromental Halévy (1799-1862), Henri-Montan Berton (1767-1844), François Benoist, François-Joseph Fétis, Habeneck, Anton Reicha, and others, each signing aat the left hand column.
