Preserved in a cloth slip case. First edition. Henry Savage Landor (1865-1924), Italian painter, born in Florence and educated in Paris travelled frequently to all parts of the world. In 1890¬†he went to Korea where he painted portraits of important people, i.e. of Prince Min-Young-Huan (head of the Korean army) and Min-Young-Chun (Prime Minister).
