Finely bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe in mid-20th-century blue full morocco, spines gilt in compartments with titles direct, raised bands, twin rule to boards gilt, rampant lion and star tools to each board, all edges gilt, gilt turn-ins, marbled endpapers. Frontispiece portraits, 42 plates (including facsimile illustrations) and extra-illustrated with approximately 20 plates. Spines evenly faded to blue-green. An excellent set. The Library Edition, handsomely bound and extra-illustrated. Limited edition of 750 sets signed by the publisher, of which this is number 171. This set does not include the last volume of songs and unauthorised poems.
