S. Engravings accounted for in signings and pagination. M4 mis-signed ? L4.? Page  is 151, P is 246. Misnumbered page 33 Corrected to 43 (possibly for the printer, possibly by a reader). A few headlines are similarly hand corrected, as are a few stanza numbers in the Annotationi. Other old ink marginalia are definitely from a reader. 8vo. Full leather with gilt decorated spine, sprinkled edges. Spine chipped, top 2 spine panels chipped. Discoloration to lower portion of pp61-63. Repair to Vol I, pp and 174, not affecting legibility. Marginal pencil to B3v. Contents very good plus. Hand engraved copper from the original by Bernardo Castello. A beautifully illustrated book.
