Trentonii in Novo-Caesarea [i.e. Trenton, NJ] 1889 - Privately printed in an edition of 110 copies, small 4to, pp. ; original pictorial wrappers bound in; consists of tables to be annotated for use in compiling a union list of medical incunabula; bound with: Bibliotheca Medica: a Weekly Periodical devoted to the Bibliography and History of the Literature of Medicine, volume I, no. 1 ("Prospectus Number"), Trenton, N.J., January 1, 1890, pp. ; original pictorial wrappers bound in; illustrated throughout with facsimiles of early medical works; this was apparently the only issue produced; together, 2 volumes in contemporary brown cloth, gilt lettering on upper cover. Laid in are 5 typed letters (totaling 12 pages) between Frank Walter, librarian at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Charles D. Humberd of Barnard, Missouri, and E. Bruno, the proprietor of the American Autograph Shop in Merion Station, Pennsylvania, regarding Stockton-Hough's own annotated copy of Incunabula Medica which resides at the University of Minnesota.
