Columbia University Press, New York 1941 - Green stamped cloth over boards; 59 pp. plus plates; 14 bw figures; 28 bw plates; held in original black cardboard slipcase with tan title block laid on one side. Includes two appendices: Safawid Textile Weavers and Dated Safawid Textiles. With an extensive bibliography and 28 BW views of patterned rugs. Scarce. VG- (Ex-library with few spine and interior marks; the book has its original slipcase that has substantial wear and aging and spine label, and also with thick brown tape holding it together; a subsequent owner may decide to toss the slipcase and just use the handsomer book by itself; thus a very nice copy with the noted exceptions.)
