The Frauds of Romish Monks and Priests, Set Forth in Eight Letters, Lately Written By a Gentleman, in His Journey Into Italy, and Publish'd for the Benefit of the Publick
Robert Clavell, London 1691 - Tightly bound with very well attached covers. In black library buckram, with both the spine and the covers having very good, unworn edges, with slight bumping. The book has a new frontpaper, with 2 original frontpapers, and in back a new endpaper with 2 original endpapers. Pages: (xvi), 416 main text. The pages are tightly bound, and have varying degrees of foxing, in some places heavy. A small number of pages have some staining to the edges. I noticed a few small holes with the loss of a few letters, and a few small closed edge tears. The library has blindstamped some pages [Attributes: Hard Cover]
