Autograph Letter Signed C.Meneval, addessed Monseigneur, sending to votre Altesse a packet of dispatches, which the Emperor had partly unsealed and had found inside two or three private letters, the envelopes of which have been thrown in the fire; Meneval also sends numbers 5 and 6 of the Courier de Paris which have arrived this day.
