They are Henrietta Frances, Countess of Bessborough (1761 - 1821), an amateur etcher; and Georgiana Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire, born Lady Georgiana Spencer, (1757 - 1806). Georgiana was a celebrated beauty and a socialite who gathered around her a large circle of literary and political figures; a salon.
