Pages From An Unwritten Diary
Ex-library copy with loan label pasted to inside of back board which is stamped "Purchased from the library". Spine is bumped both bottom and top, and has some small tears at the botton (about 1mm) and some larger tears along the top (longest is 10mm). The sides of the spine are scuffed with the colour worn away. Front board has a scratch, about 1x150 mm long. There is a scuff mark (about 30mm square) on the front board which does not encroach on the gilt title and logo. The board corners are bumped. Back board has dents in the edges. The front endsheet is signed and dated (1917) by the previous owner and is heavily tanned. Some of the deckled pages have light foxing at the edges but are generally bright and clean. The back endsheet has a red ink stain (3x40mm) and a pale impression (110x140mm) created by the loan label opposite. Binding is a little losse but sound.
