First section, 15 leaves, including title and many of the index leaves, is very worn with damage along edges and gutter, some with crude "repairs" to margins; lower edge of title page torn away, just under the imprint & date. Main text, a-2B8, generally in VG condition but with isolated issues, such as patches or repairs, early notations, edge chipping, and small tears. Leaf c6 has gutter tear with loss. In all, about 40 leaves have condition issues worth noting, and most others have faint staining along fore-edge.
