Contents foxed, upper corner dampmarked at beginning. Later half pebbled cloth with mottled paper boards, gilt title and ruling to spine, marbled edges, extremities scuffed, one board edge lightly bumped. A section of a page of manuscript notes bound in, another loosely inserted. The first edition of this work on pediatrics by Plenk (1738-1807), famous for his early work on mercury.
