(16) + 776 pages, published Typis Johaniis Columbii, Daventriae (Deventer) 1654. Both volumes bound together in contemporary vellum, very clean, title of first volume only on spine in ms. The first work, published by Elzevier, is Willems 536. Both works are by the eminent French Protestant theologian (1594-1670), the first being a Latin translation by Daille himself of his 'De la creance des Peres sur le fait des images' which was printed in Geneva in 1641.
