Title vignette and 151 copperplates by Giulio Bonosone, retouched by Agestino Carracci. Brown leather spine and corners, 6 x 8 inches, marbled boards. Gilt lettering on title panel is bright. Hinges are cracked. Several places on title page show effort to remove notations. Other pages have no markings of any kind and no wear. The emblems are really glorious. Praz p. 276.
