      Robert Barker/Richard Graf 1639. - Disbound leaves from two separate versions of "The Form and Making." Full calf binding, split completely down the spine. Leaves still attached to rear board. The first section is on the Orderyng of Deacons and Priestes. Several leaves repaired. One repaired page at midpoint bears the colophon and decorated initials of Richard Graf (Richardus Graf, tonus typographus Regius excudebat) dated 1552. Facing is the title page for a later edition of "The Form and Making" imprinted at London by Robert Barker, 1639, and excerpts concerning deacons and the consecration of bishops. Twenty-nine leaves total, all badly edgeworn but clean and legible.
