Maria Sforza (1492-1535), Cousin von Isabella von Aragon und letzter Herzog von Mailand, der 1531 im Krieg gegen den Kastellan von Musso mit den Eidgenossen gemeinsame Sache machte und ihnen eine Kriegsentschädigung von 30'000 Gulden zahlte. Capella, der die Geschehnisse in Oberitalien als Augenzeuge selbst miterlebte, war persönlicher Sekretär Francesco Sforzas, der ihn auch zum Gesandten an Kaiser Maximilians Hof ernannte. - Vorsatz braunfleckig, Titel minimal stockfleckig, untere Ecke und Aussensteg etwas angefranst.
