      London 1642 - The Wing listing, W691A, shows the item as a pamphlet executed in quarto, which certainly seems correct for this sixteen page unbound item whose actual size measures a scant 7 inches by 5 1/2 inches. The title page, in addition to some fairly trivial staining, has a pencilled note saying "1642," and notes of the item's institutional placements. No severe foxing, dogearing, chips or tears are present, and I surmise that the small text's edges are natural and as-made. The previous Wing listing appears to have been a misattribution as S4495. This listing is cancelled. The balance of the title page after "&C." reads "Being a Neccesary Discourse for the Present Times, Concerning the Unseasonable Difference between the Protestant and the Puritan." *We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately.
