(1) (42), (3)pp. First edition printed between 1928-1935 containing two title pages dated 1928 and 1935 due to a delay in the completion of the work. Copy number 73 of about 130 printed on hand-made paper with deckle edges. This copy inscribed "To Eric (Hall) from John Mason 1957" and recorded on the Provenance Record leaf at the rear of the volume. In the 1950's 90 of the original 130 copies resurfaced in sheets and were offered bound and unbound. This is one of those bound copies.
