      Argentorati {Strassburg]: Apud Iohannem Heruagium, Anno M. D. XXIII. [ 1523 ]. 0 8vo. ff.244 . 6.25" x 4.25" [16cm x 11cm ]. Later full leather binding. Clean Latin text, uniformly toned throughout. Title within a woodcut title border depicting God, Apostles, Mercury and Minerva. The text starts with a fine historated capital - The beginning of a letter from Luther to Melanchthon (dated 1522) preceding the text. A very clean book with neat marginal notes in a contemporary hand.
