      Postal Commemorative Society, 1990 - 3 Ring binder/Plastic Sleeves. Very Good/No Jacket. First Issue. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Two---Blue Vinyl 3-ring binders, embossed with PO name and impression from Lady and Tramp both in Gold Lettering (one tiny tear on bottom spine edge of one binder). Each binder has 12 commemorative panel sets (6 pages each)- total 24 panell sets (total of 124 pages). Each Panel page (printed both sides-encased in plastic sleeve) depicts a favorite fairy tale with colorful illustrations and 1or 2 stamps. Each panel set of 6 pages, has 9 stamps and one large picture stamp at the very end (10 stamps total each story). The stamps are basically from foreign countries like; Bhutan, Grenada, Mongolia (exotic and different) they are not canelled.
