Luther's important work on the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper. "Admonition Concerning the Sacrament of the Body and Blood of Our Lord." Written during Luther's six month stay at Coburg, it appeared in print for the 1st time around the middle of November 1530. It circulated widely finding acceptance even in Switzerland among the Zwinglians. Ambrose Blaurer commended it to Bucer of Strassburg in these words: "Luther has come out with a splendid book on the sacrament which certainly pleases all our Zwinglians extremely well. They are manifestly satisfied that he talks this way about the presence of the body of Christ."--Luther's Works, v.38, pp.94-95.
