Hans Böhm (1485-1535) was a german priest in Ulm and the earliest Ethnologist and this work was first published in 1520 and frequently reprinted. It is a compilation in which he describes the mores and habits of diverse peoples of the world than known... it is divided in 5 books and includes an annotated index. It also has several nice woodengraved initials (letters). Some few underlining and notes in the margins in an old hand. Some slight wormholes at the end without touching the text. With an ex libris of Colonel Ph. Milou.
